A collection of highly decorative knitting patterns featuring traveling colorwork.
Paired increases and decreases shift columns of stitches to the left and the right, adding curves & movement to stranded motifs. The patterns can be knit flat or in the round, and can be used individually or in combination to create scarves, shawls, garments, patchworks, afghans, cushion covers, bags, socks, etc. I used plain yarns, but you can also use variegated yarns, gradations, or more creative color combinations.
Scandinavian, Cartouche, Prairie Cable & Concertina are available together in the Experimental/Ornamental Collection
