A tropically colored, richly textured scarf or shawl pattern, with lace stitches and stranded knitting enlivened by unusual increases and decreases
This pattern uses Xandy Peters' stacked increases and stacked decreases, and assumes that you are familiar with the techniques! (Please click on the links above to see Xandy’s video tutorials)

Knit on 3.25mm/US3 needles with MC 1 ball/100g/420m/459yds of Schoppel Wolle Zauberball Crazy Yarn - 1702
and CC 16 x 10m/11yd lengths of similar weight yarn in different colors
Finished dimensions: approximately 13.5ins/34cm by 45ins/115cm
The pattern is easily customizable in length and width
Approximate gauge: 32 stitches and 25 rows = 4in/10cm in stranded pattern with increases and decreases
This is a challenging knit: techniques include back and forth stranding with stacked increases and decreases, trapping and lace knitting
