Three designs for warm stranded scarves

inspired by Asian textiles, and knit in the round

on a short (40cm/15.5in) 3.25mm/US3 circular needle with Rowan Pure Wool 4 Ply and Rowan Felted Tweed.

 

Based on the samples I made, Ikat and Java require approximately 90yds/82m MC

and slightly less of CC per foot/30cm of scarf.

Batik requires slightly less of both.

 

Java & Ikat are 15cm/6in wide,

Batik is 12.5cm/5in wide.
